Property Tax Monthly Payment Plan - Request for Enrolment

The deadline for Monthly Payment Plan enrollment without penalty has passed.

Due to application processing times, submissions received after June 28 will be processed for August 1, 2023 and will include the July 1, 2023 late payment penalty of 5%. To avoid late payment penalties, the entire balance of your 2023 taxes must be paid in full by Friday, June 30, 2023.

If you are unsure of how much to pay, please call 311 for your balance owing. Due to the short timelines, we recommend you pay using online banking to ensure your payment is received by June 30, 2023. Please retain proof of payment.

To enrol in the City of Edmonton's property tax monthly payment plan, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out the following request to enrol.
Step 2: Complete the application form that will be sent to you within three business days and is unique to your property and tax account.
Step 3: Return your signed application along with banking information to the City.

Signators of a corporation are required to provide a corporate search and may need to provide an affidavit of execution indicating their authority to sign on behalf of the corporation, with this form.
