The location of the Shallow Water aquafit will be adjusted, effective January 4th. Shallow Water aquafit will be held in the variable depth pool (depth of 0.9m). In the event that this depth is too shallow for participants, there will also be an option to participate, using the deep water lanes (2.0-2.5m).

Following the reopening of the Aquatic Centre, the tot pool will be designated only to Swimming Lessons during Aquatic Program times.
The tot pool WILL NOT be accessible to public swimmers during the following times:
SPRING 2026
Sundays: 9am-1pm
Mondays: 4:15pm-7:30pm
Tuesdays: 4:15pm-7:15pm
Wednesdays: 4:15pm-7:30pm
Fridays: 4:15pm-7:15pm
Saturdays: 9am-1:30pm
ALSO: Due to school lessons, tot pool availability will be variable throughout 9am-3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
This is to ensure participants in our swimming lessons have uninterrupted access to space and equipment. This is also to ensure consistency with our pool access.
We invite you to enjoy our other amenities during these times.
