ATTENTION ALL PATRONS: Please be aware that the Spring Girls on the Run 5K Celebration, hosted by Girls on the Run Edmonton, will be taking place on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 in the Kinsmen Park from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please be aware that there will be an increased number of Kinsmen Park users.
  • There will be no impact to Kinsmen Sports Centre & John Walter Museum amenities.

ATTENTION PATRONS: Please be advised that while the Kinsmen Fieldhouse Rehabilitation Project is underway, the Training Studios and Program Studio are available for patron drop-in use between scheduled class and booking times. The Keltie Byrne Fitness Centre also continues to be open during regular facility operation hours. If you require any further information please ask a staff member on site.

Fieldhouse Closed Rehabilitation Until Construction is Complete

ATTENTION FACILITY PATRONS: Please be aware that the Fieldhouse will be shutting down for approximately 12 - 16 months for an exciting multi-phase rehabilitation project that will transform and modernize the facility to better serve you and generations of athletes and users to come.

  • Closure Date: Beginning Monday, April 13th, 2026
  • Scope of Work: Artificial Turf Installation, 5 lane synthetic running track, expanded FTC, new sports floor, window upgrades, full back of house system upgrades, and much more.
